Look at the community & find something they have in common for their wants & needs & target that. (Ex: You could do a focus group.) It’s what the public thinks they need, not what you think they need. |

The outcome could be for your client to lose weight so you can evaluate it to see if the outcome was accomplished. |

Program Objectives |
Anything you’re doing to plan a program. Doing something program wise to reach a goal. |

Goal: To increase faculty & staff attendance at the wellness. Objective: Offer faculty/staff only classes in Spring 2019. |

Writing Objectives |
An infinitive “to”, a verb, a subject, & a time frame. Ex: to develop 4 new group fitness classes by fall 2019. |

Measurable outcomes that determine whether the goal or aim was achieved. |
