What does the Lewin Stage Theory say?

There is a process... Unfreeze--->Change--->Refreeze




Unfreeze- dislodge any current beliefs, disrupt patterns, and create a crisis to make people change their minds--what to change and how to change it (urgency, dramatic)


Change- people begin coming susceptible to change, change implementation (move)
