2. Change: The Lewin’s second step in the process of change model is change in the process. According to this process, it is required to change the goal to a new level of steadiness. Three steps that are needed in the change step is to encourage the employees by telling the, that the present situation is not the beneficial one and then tell them that view the problem which is going on and then work in a team and give them the valid information which they required tell the results to the powerful leaders that are also the part of the change.(http://www.csupomona.edu/~jvgrizzell/best_practices/bctheory.html)
3. Refreeze: The Lewin’s third step change model is refreezing. This step occur after the change has been implemented in order to stick it for a long time. It is obvious that the change is short lived if the actions are not taken. It is actually the addition of the new value in a company. The main purpose of this step is maintain the new change to its constant state by balancing both agree and non-agree forces. This change can be also implement by using the patterns in the formal and informal mechanisms (Robbins 564-65).

Kotter’s made a concept for a successful organizational transformation which the 8 steps process in 1995. It also gives a clear vision, empower the employees.
