This is the most crucial goal of the project managers all around the globe. It is very difficult since the requirements often change. The scope of the project should be managed well in order to accomplish this goal. By implementing a change control process, all the changes can be appropriately managed. Always keep identifying the deviations from the actual plan and fix them quickly (Jason, 2010).
Finish the project under the budget:
Project leader has to make sure that the budget for a project does not increase than the estimated cost. Make the budget plan for all the tasks of the project and trace all the deviations from the plan (Jason, 2010).
Meet the Requirements:
‘’Whether the requirements for your project were to install a new IT system, refresh a website or consolidate data centers, your project needs to produce solutions which meet these requirements 100 percent.
