Current leadership Style based up on the Assessments which I have taken:

Ambassador:
Most of the ambassadors are very much familiar on how to handle a many number of situations in decent manner. These kinds of people have a tendency to isolate themselves from the horrible situations. When conflicts occur, people are apt to be more determined in a peaceful way- to be more convincing and respectful at the similar time (Robert & Regina, 2011).
Advocate:
Advocates here automatically perform to the representative in the group. These have a tendency to be articulate, logical and very convincing. While arguing a point, advocates use linear and non-linear approaches. In most of the critical situations, advocates need senior ambassadors

Experienced Guide:
These are like natural counselors who help employees think with their troubles. These people always stand in the middle to give advice when conflicts occur. They feel satisfied when they help others to dream big and implement them.
My Leadership goals:
Project managers have to manage each and every phase of the process effectively. The five important project goals to achieve victory:
Finish the project before the due:
This is the most crucial goal of the project managers all around the globe. It is very difficult since the requirements often change. The scope of the project should be managed well in order to accomplish this goal. By implementing a change control process, all the changes can be appropriately managed. Always keep identifying the deviations from the actual plan and fix them quickly (Jason, 2010).
Finish the project under the budget:
Project leader has to make sure that the budget for a project does not increase than the estimated cost. Make the budget plan for all the tasks of the project and trace all the deviations from the plan (Jason, 2010).
Meet the Requirements:
‘’Whether the requirements for your project were to install a new IT system, refresh a website or consolidate data centers, your project needs to produce solutions which meet these requirements 100 percent.
