In the Radiolab podcast, Eng Yang, who was hired by the Thai Government as a reporter, did in fact said that he remembers many Hmong reporting of a yellow substance whenever a plane flew over their village. Yang also stated that the villagers would come out once the plane passes, they would get sick and their animals died of unnatural causes. In another reading that I read from the Podcast comment section there was a person who posted that around 1980-83 when Russia invaded Afghanistan, the Afghanistanians reported that there was also a sticky yellow substance that causes them to die of get sick from when they come in contact with it. Kao kalia Yang also wrote in her reply back to podcast saying that it is not just the Hmong who came in contact with the yellow rain but also the other groups of people who lived in those areas; Laotian and Burmese people. These are all testimony truths with no proofs. Anybody wouldn’t accept these as truths if it was just a few dozen people who testified but in this case where you have the Hmongs, Khmer, Laotion and Afghanistanians (a group from a different apart of the world) are saying the same thing; there is no doubt that there are truths to the yellow
