The discrimination can be for age, nationality, color, sex, religion and other many things. “A hostile work environment is created when the victim of discrimination is treated in a manner that makes it difficult or impossible to perform her job duties.” (Mayhew, 2016). The Discrimination is something that the people can’t stop, there is no cure, even in the workplace because there are adults, and it’s something the people learn in the house, in the way their parents raise them. However, exist other ways to stop the discrimination and therefore this kind of harassment.
