Why Some Unemployers Should Not Use Social Media Information To Hire Employees

An employer should not use information found on social media, such as Facebook or Twitter, to make hiring decisions, they don’t have the authorization or the right to do it. For someone to use information from social media or to hired somebody is because they are authorized. Three reasons why they shouldn’t use social media information to hire someone are because they are only employees, the job doesn’t require job hiring and the information can be false. First, since people are only employees at their jobs, they do not have the right to do things without permission. Only if their boss or manager requires it they can do it, but if they don’t require it they cannot do it. You can get a warning, or get fired at the moment for not following rules, if you see somebody that’s trying to hire somebody without permission and using false information you must tell your supervisor. If they get the permission to do it they cannot use social media information to hired somebody, because the information most of the time is not correct, but when you are going to hired somebody you have to ask them questions that the job wants to know, not from the internet. If the boss tells the employee to interview somebody they must ask them if they are willing to get a drug test done, about their education, skills, employee history, and health history or if they have criminal records. The job needs to know peoples backroad before getting hired, they are preventing accidents to happen in the job, because if something happens the company can get sued. Background check is really important even if you think that they are asking dumb questions or too much personal information.
