On this stage I have to concentrate on the activity that expected to do to take care of the issue. The teachers and parents counsel with me on the most proficient method to build the children academic achievement with the contribution of both sides that assume an essential parts. In this part, the consultee's brainstorm ideas on the type involvement that needed by the parents and teachers. The objectives that set by the consultee's is to achieve a better grade or GPA inside the 6-month time frame. It genuine can be measured by looking on the month to month exam and overall will be measure on the students final examination. In light of looking at the objective potential outcomes, they will play an important roles and turn out to be more include in giving a better education to the children's. Together the parents and teachers evaluate the possibility of the objective and the consultee's consents to cooperate to finish it.

This is the most crucial stage in the diagnosis stage, it is because what going to happen in this stage able to see in the time frame that have set in and give a more positive feedback on the goals that have plan out. In this stage, I should be aware that I need to join in the brainstorming meeting without expecting the consultee's to come out with all the plan. I will have a look on the process of the brainstorming goes by and enter in the discussion to help the consultee's at the same time. I give out the creativity to the consultant in order the consultee's have more creative idea to voice out. I should take note the cultural difference play a important part in determining what the intervention is going to
