Failure is an option Every successful entrepreneur must be have this traits which is failure is an option . Failure is an option can be define as when you do something wrong, you learn from it, and try to avoid damage and do your best. Normally people is try to escape for making a mistake or avoid to fail while doing something. We should always prepare a plan B for doing anything else, it is because instead of we are doing wrong at least we having a plan B. One of the example of entrepreneur who having this traits before they are success there is Walts Disney. Walts Disney well known as the co-founder of The Walts Disney company. He was the owner for Disneyland. Before that, when he was young ,he worked in a newspaper office but later he fire by newspaper editor for not being creative enough. But Walt Disney was not giving up ,he step forward. Walts Disney and his staff created numerous famous fiction including Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Snow White and the seven Dwarfs so on. However, before that Walts Disney went to brankrup after the brutal failure of a cartoon series in Kansas City. In addition, the well known Disney’s cartoon “Pinnochio” , cost $2.3 million to make the film its two time of “Snow White and the Dwarfs” but its only earned back less than 2 million. For an example, what you do as a manager, not what you say, is what really counts. Only your actions and leading by example will bring about a change in the way your whole organization behaves.
