The same kinds of words come to mind when people think of veterans: courageous, brave, heroic, bold,and patriotic, but what about the word sacrificial. Veterans don’t just risk their lives on the battlefield, but their lives afterwards are affected too. They suffer the hardships that no one else will bear and see the horror no one else sees, and because of this I cannot thank them enough.
