Vaporized Insulin Inhaler
Our group has chosen to form a team to fund, develop and promote an innovative insulin device that is an inhaler instead of the traditional injectable. We decided an appropriate device is the Vapor technology currently being used for E-cigarettes. Our organizational structure is illustrated on the next page.
The following team is from our vertical organization. Top level to frontline is represented on the team to give a comprehensive understanding on the project. Every level of management has its unique purpose. Project information and strategy will be passed down to the organization through the project team.

This position was chosen because it has the responsibility to share information with peers in other departments, and push information down to lower-level management. It also devotes time to organizational and directional functions of the project. This person is responsible for raising money by soliciting government agencies and industry investors to develop the product. He is also accountable to the top management for their departments functions (Wiley-Cordone) (Boundless, v.12)
Training Coordinator: In this organization, the training coordinator is considered a lower level manager. This position was chosen because it has the responsibility for daily information and to prioritize the tasks necessary to implement the projects determined by middle managers, which is part of a longterm plan. The person knows the current conditions from the employees and reports upward while communicating relevant information to peers. This person will be responsible for understanding and creating the training materials for patients and insurance companies on the use of the
