Work-life integration is the upmarket buzz; work-life balance is outdating (Santamour, 2015). Moreover importance of expanding space among colleagues for peaceful teamwork and collaboration blended with improvement in socio economic conditions of workers is the next big necessity to survive in a knowledge economy (Gandini, 2015). The dire necessity of integrating work and life, which in turn resulted in sound interpersonal relationship at work, was taught to this reporter by posing a proactive academic demand in a successive manner while living in a foreign cultural ambience inherently posed some challenges (Sanz-Vergel et al., 2015; Kumar et al., 2015).

Well structure of questions in an interview session (Khatib & Nourzadeh, 2015), and enhanced quality of questions (Sorsa et al., 2015) are the two vital factors in managing personnel while interviewing. These were quite unknown to this reporter, as a part of professionally managing people.
In any development situation role of learning and training function is vitally important (Watson & Reissner, 2010).
