“As for the beauty of nature is thy Himself, the beauty of mankind is tolerance itself”. Any man’s death diminishes me as a whole because of one reason- mankind. The increasing ‘globalization’ in the present world has heightened our awareness on the cultural coexistence. Sometimes, it seems too obvious to overlook the wide array of diversity around us thus, great wisdom is needed to keep us living side by side harmoniously throughout the garden of our life. The presence of ‘global village’ has brought the human race together despite the boundaries of demarcation disputes. Therefore, it is crucial to form bonds of unity amongst us to ensure a brighter way of living especially, in a country comprising variety of ethnicity, religion and believes. …show more content…
This must exist between them to ensure the well-being of a multi-racial country like Malaysia. To live in a multi-racial country, the people must learn to tolerate with one another so that misunderstanding and miscommunication will not occur redundantly. Moreover, leaders of certain countries carry huge responsibility in nurturing and cherishing the harmony among a diverse people. They probably would have to recount on the fight for their country’s independence that they had back then. In contrary, if wrong ideology is disseminated in a country, the people might end up living in a war zone for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately, they will not earn peace and humanity during their period of living. This is one way to ensure a harmonious relationship within a diverse of people. Furthermore, giving political rights to everyone can increase people’s confidence and build good perception on a government’s judgement. Besides that, the world leaders should also consider affiliating human rights to people without judging them by their skin colour or religion. This can avoid possible ranks of arson attacks or strikes that would likely bring down a country’s image. By showing respect and consideration to others, an individual’s potential ability can be identified and be used to enhance productivity of the country. So, as the saying goes never judge a book by its cover, we must remember that every fellow compatriot is part of the continent and should be given the same amount of provision in the
