What is Diversity? Webster Dictionary defines diversity as “the quality or state of having many different forms, types, ideas, etc.” (Merriam-Webster, 2015), However, according to Ron Burgundy “Well I could be wrong, but I believe that diversity was an old, old wooden ship that used during the Civil War era” (Mackay, 2004).
