A. Key Work Processes
I am going to identify three key work processes of our educational institution. The first work process is how our community transformation teams (CTT) function to ensure student success for all students. Each educator is assigned to a CTT at the beginning of the school year. Each CTT meets to analyze student data and make adjustments to lesson plans to ensure success and meet the needs of all learners.
The second key work process is how our kid talk teams function to ensure that all of our students are having their needs addressed in a way that improves overall student success and improve student scores on assessments.

Relation of Work Processes to Competencies
Our education organization or institution has three main competencies. The three competencies are, first the integration of school wide essential vocabulary taught and applied in every classroom throughout the institution. Second, implementation or integration of evidence based instructional practices utilized by all educators specifically the practice of explicit instruction with the I do, we do, they do. Then third, independent practice model, and the focus of creating an overall positive school culture climate amongst all stakeholders.
The first key work process of collecting and implanting action plans to address the needs of all learners is directly aligned with school competencies in several ways. First the students have to understand key vocabulary on all assessments performed throughout the institution and not only understand but be able to apply the new terminology throughout the school day and school year. Second this work process is directly aligned with the competency of explicit instruction which has been shown through data collection of student assessment scores to improve overall student scores on benchmark assessments. The third key work process of students meeting eligibility requirements is directly linked to a positive school culture climate by way of every stakeholder meeting and fulfilling their overall
