Additionally, logic models can show how the various goals are expected to produce the desired outcomes. The W.K. Kellogg Foundation (2006) points out that a “logic model is a systematic and visual way to present and share your understanding of the relationships among the resources you have to operate your program, the activities you plan, and the changes or results you hope to achieve” (Foundation, 2006). The basic logic model’s components illustrate the connection or linkages between your planned work and the intended results produced from that work (Foundation, 2006).
