Continuing to focus on the CPR Programs, the following example shows how the outcome for CPR for the Layperson can be made more specific.
Original outcome: 25% of population is trained in CPR.
There is a need to define the term layperson and what you mean by being CPR trained.
Specific outcome: 25% of population, aged 10 and above and not working in the medical field, is trained in CPR, minimum of hands-only CPR class, within the last three years.
