Today one of the two proposed evolutions will be funded $25,000 from my agency. We will be briefly discussing each evaluation that is submitted and which one seems to qualify for the grant. We will go through the basic checklists that a successful evaluation must have to receive the grant for their organization. The first proposed evaluation is the Grant County SPF SIG evaluation plan, which is a worksite alcohol prevention program that is taking place at a local manufacturing plant.
The Grant Country SPF SIG provided us with an overview of the organizations plans, which has to do with an alcohol prevention program at a worksite. They provided the Data Collection, which

Showing a logic model comes with many profits mainly because “it shows the steps on the path of change reality to an ideal point in time. (Bucher, 2009, p.327). Using a logic model is also important because it “helps explain the program’s goals or underlying program theories” according to the Public Health Training Center Evaluation they used logic models to improve practice and educate the public health workforce, (Freedman, 2014, 81-82). More importantly the TB Support Program was able to provide a roadmap for stakeholders, so they now know the road ahead of them is looking like which is also very important and why the logic model is crucial. They were able to follow the W.K. Kellogg Foundation guide for a logic model development. (W.K. Kellogg Foundation, 2004, p.3). The TB Support Program was able to provide a defined logic model and they included the inputs, Activities, Outputs, Impact and Outcome, which is what they needed to include according to Measurement and Evaluation for Health Educators, (Sharma and Petosa, 2014, …show more content…
The six steps are “engage stakeholders, describe the program, focus on the evaluation design, collect credible evidence, justify conclusions, and ensure use and share lessons learned”, (CDC and Prevention, 1999, p.4)
They also explained how they are focusing on a small group, which is the Salvadoran community and from there they plan on helping the general community. The TB Support Program also listed small steps they are taking to reach the long-term goals. The program also identified all their goals, their staff that is required for this program, the provided the need, context, target population, logic model and so on. In the beginning of their proposal they were also able to list previous facts on the problem and show why it is a problem now.
To finalize the decision we decided to award the $25,000 to the TB Support Program because they were able to identify the problems, come up with a solution that may work, and provide a roadmap for us to see how everything will be done. They also listed positions and who is responsible for what and they were able to provide us with an evaluation

Scott and Mia, I am not sure which one of your can help me, but in reconciling our account I have discovered a few issues and have some questions. The swiped amount on the reports provided for the GL reconciliation do not always match the swiped amount. I understand that a vendor can undercharge a charge and swipe a card multiple times, but I did not think they could process cards for more than the total payment amount. For example, in tying out our invoice for 2/28-3/6/2018 I found that the swiped amount ties to our invoice/what was paid out via our account, but the swiped amount is for a different amount than what was issued. In six of the seven instances where the swiped amount was different than the issued amount, the swiped amount…

Chuck, Yesterday Electrocon received a request from Jacob Lien of Ulteig for support in conjunction with work being done for Rochester Public Utilities. In reviewing your account, we believe there may be a violation of the CAPE license agreement occurring regarding the use of your CAPE license by a third-party. Your agreement does not allow your non-employee consultants to use CAPE outside your own premises. If Jacob is working at your office, there is no violation. If he is working outside of your facility, then Ulteig will need to acquire their own license for CAPE or Rochester Public Utilities will need to add Consulting Rights to your maintenance agreement.…

The action model/change model schema is defined as a systematic configuration of stakeholder’s perspective and descriptive assumptions underlying programs, whether they are explicit or implicit (Chen, 2015). Action Model The action model focuses on the prescriptive assumptions, which deal with the actions that must be taken in order for the desired programmatic changes to occur. The prescriptive assumptions of program theory prescribe those components and activities that the program designers and other key stakeholders see as necessary to a program’s success (Chen, 2015).…
