Today, the world is a pretty messed up place. Everyday we hear about some tragedy that happened and things that could’ve be done to prevent it. Events like these cause the world to reflect on life and look at certain things differently, one of these events would be the Columbine.

On the morning of April 20th, 1999 students of Columbine High School were getting ready for school, not expecting anything but another lame school day. Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, however, knew it wasn’t just another regular school day. For they had the intention to blow up their school with propane bombs and kill any and all survivors. And if it wasn’t for the faulty wiring in their beloved bombs’ timers…the result would 've been much, much worse. They’re goal was to perform an act that would terrorize the nation by attacking a symbol of american life. They succeeded, and changed the nation forever. This wasn’t the first school shooting to take place in the United States, but it was by far the worst. This event made Americans take action to prevent other disasters such as the Columbine, and made American culture change in the process.
Bullying:
Since Columbine took place in 1999, bullying and and school violence started attraction a lot of attention. Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold’s main reasoning for shooting up their school, other than the fact that they were psychopaths, was that they were bullied.
