Some men are handpicked by God, in His wisdom and sovereignty he enacts his will through his righteous people. He does not pick congregational leaders to favor solely. Among these acts, the rejection of temperance, consuming and doing in proud excess, displaying sins such as emotions blatantly in writing and society, questioning God’s will, and placing scientific inquiry above God’s will.
They have continued to politically bind the Puritanical Commonwealth to the Anglican-Catholic church and impose taxes on printing presses, leather, paper, and other products for the reproducing of the bible.
They have withheld the bible from their populace, preventing them from learning and interpreting God’s will for themselves.
They have publicly denounced Puritanism and the Puritanical Commonwealth.
They have posed a threat to the righteous way of life by sending military ships through ports of the Puritanical Commonwealth and troops through cities of the Puritanical Commonwealth.
Their citizens demonstrate the moral rot that accompanies a society of humans ruling themselves according to their own moral codes devoid of God’s influence. This rot mocks the Puritanical Commonwealth’s society.

All have failed due to resisting on the side of the British Empire. The above grievances have been stated in communications prior to this, but the King of England refused to address them. The Puritanical Commonwealth has reached out to churches, individuals, and groups in England again to no action. The negligence on behalf of the British to address issues raised gives the Puritanical Commonwealth no option but sever connections to it. Head churches of the different provinces will attempt reform in England after this Declaration is received as a foreign charity.
