I view this distraction issue as being strongly related to mental health. Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi always mentions in a speech that primarily addresses the youth that when you carry more responsibility, you need to keep more mindfulness and meditation practices. This gives you the inner strength to face all the problems. As there are several distractions most present in my life at this time like mobile, social media, the internet, living far away from family, friends, and relatives, among all of them, I am mainly concerned about staying far away from my beloved fiancee. We both have been in a relationship for more than three years. Unfortunately, due to the desire to complete our education and fulfill our ambitions, we have not had the opportunity to be with each other for a long time.
