The fire inside of some Jews kept the Nazis from breaking their spirits. Spiritual resistance is most of the battle. If one does not have the morale to endure, then defeat will come quick. To support that, religion played a key role in allowing the Jews to have a reliance, even if death were to take their lives. These responses to the Holocaust ranged widely and included resistance, which will better understandings of how to prevent tragic acts in the future.
To begin, the resistance starts in the heart first. An example would be spiritual resistance. Spiritual resistance can include retaining morals or hope. Once spiritual resistance was achieved, often physical resistance followed. Upon hearing rumors that Germany would deport ghetto inhabitants to camps, armed resistance developed. Organized groups oppression towards the Nazi camps also occurred, however these were not armed. Thousands of young Jews resisted by escaping from the ghettos into the forests. Either resulting in deaths, injuries, or sorrow, the devastation was immense. Although, this event brought out the affectionate side of people. Those who helped in the resistance efforts showed surfeit caring and affection. These resistance efforts will show the whole world for years to come about how standing up for what one believes in is important. An example would be Oskar Schindler. Oskar Schindler stood up and saved over a thousand lives by acting against the empirical Nazi Regime. Other world powers fought a whole war against the Nazis. By standing up for what is right, the future generations can stop maniacs from getting into power. If the eyes of the people of Germany were more open and saw the atrocious views Hitler had, maybe the outcome would be different. In America today, the voices of many are expressed. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and many other social medias are the outlets of today’s society. The outrage of people today can be heard by millions of people. Informing of people is truly important, especially when choosing the next leader of a world power. Most countries today also have a less dictatorial-style of ruling. A parliament, or congress controls most of the power and is made up of many instead of just one. Reasons for this being so important, is the liability of having a madman running a whole country is less. Now that the events of the past is behind the world, the people must ask themselves
