There are typically a number of key steps in our development standards. These steps already follow a similar process as to what is required for agile methods. There is due diligence in gathering details on client requirements, documenting specifics in a high-level document, and then prioritizing requirements based on demand and perceived benefit. Internally there is detailed specification in scoping the project; where there exists a gap is promoting the importance of cross-functional teams sharing expertise. IRI has a team of over 160 professional services experts. These experts are located in the United States, Europe and India covering a broad range of necessary skill sets. When or if an additional need arises, IRI can usually acquire necessary additions to the team within two months. All of IRI’s supporting roles have a minimum of five years of Technical Support Experience, CPG industry knowledge and Information Technology experience. The support resources are currently trained in system processing but it is highly recommended they also be cross trained on all of IRI products and services. We clearly have the resources available to fulfill and implement qualified cross-functional teams to roll-out software updates and data restatements in an agile
