From the notion, the school has become democratic, progressive, free and open. The student decision-making idea was incorporated into the education curriculum to fulfill educational ideologies of developmental, holistic, constructivist and learner-centered learning. The total mandate, on the other hand, has not been fully subjected to the student. Students have depicted different behaviors and attitudes in academic, the fact that students are not exclusively allowed to make all the educational choices. In fact, schools have their limits and the student behaviors and attitude are as a result of the controlled student say. It is not clear whether to allow the student to make that decision individually or should they utilize the available teachers without choosing. Children have their own interests and wants just like adults and are not puppets over controlling they would not result in the expected outcome. The teacher may apply all available educational mechanism but may fail to change a learner outcome after an assessment is done.
