B. Relevance – These facts clearly show how vital water is for the human body and how relevant water is throughout our lifespans. As we all obviously know, we must drink water in order to stay alive, otherwise… we die. But unfortunately, many people do not pay attention to how much water they consume daily and most of the time they end up dehydrating themselves, which might cause them to have negative effects on their body such as having headaches, being fatigued, and much more. (NEXT SLIDE 2)
C. Establish Credibility – I know the importance of drinking enough water routinely because I have personally experienced these dangers myself. At one point I had been so dehydrated that I had almost collapsed on my front lawn due to simply not drinking enough water.
D. Thesis Statement – That’s when I came to realize how vital it is to consume enough water daily. This is why today, I will discuss with you on why you should drink more water and more specially, drink about 8 glasses or 2 liters of water on a daily basis. (NEXT SLIDE 3)
