Overview it is easy to assume that the government which has gender parity will be more effective. Innumerable investigations have shown that the benefits of greater gender equality in the politics. However, in one studies, it shown that women need achieve the higher requirements in the elective office compared with men. (3) As we all known, women have been being at weak position in politics. Therefore, it is very necessary to beat unconscious gender bias in politics.

Unconscious gender bias have integrated into our life for many years. Even The 2016 United States President Election associated with unconscious bias. As we all known, The Trump encountered the attack of a vast amount of negative news which has been made by his own radical words and rude behaviors in debate. What’s more, I have seen some articles pointed out that he not only is a racist, but also has at least 20 gender discrimination separate lawsuits, including complaints of sexual harassment. (1) However, Donald Trump still has been successfully elected as the 2016 U.S. president. Why most Americans would rather choose the Trump whose politics are incorrect than Clinton whose politics are relatively correct?
