The fight was between Italy and Ethiopia. This invasion showed how ineffective the League of Nations was. Italy was a part of the league but left because they did not get what they wanted from the Treaty of Versailles. Italy wanted to expand their size and they needed resources because of WW1 and Ethiopia provided them with their needs.

The agreement was about to stop war from happening and Germany was allowed to have half of Czechoslovakia also Germany didn 't have to worry about fighting a war in to fronts if they decided to invade western Europe . Hitler supported the idea of having control of half of Czechoslovakia as half of the citizens there were more related to Germany than Czech a part of his plan to create a greater germany.

This was also the time were Jewish people were sent to concentration camps, as Hitler believed that Jewish people were the reason why Germany lost the war.

The Bismarck was the best battleship Germany had. In its first time setting off to sail it had sunk Allied convoys. Britain got heard of this and sent an entire fleet to destroy the Bismarck. The Hood one of the British ships was sunk in the first battle, with the Bismarck hit it was leaking fuel and fled. Days later the Bismarck was found again, and on May 27, the British Navy sunk the Bismarck.
This operation was an attack on the USSR. Germany needed oil for all the machines that they were using, and USSR had the oil they needed. Even though they had an non-aggression pact, Germany broke it anyway. The attack did not go successfully as the troops over extended and they could not get resupplied enough and had to retreat. This was a big turning point in the war.
The allies were making advances to Italy as the Axis powers were attacking. The allies were attacking from the beaches from the south as it wasn 't defended as well as the others. This was a long process as there were elevated in certain points of the island and it was hard to take control. This was a great victory for the Allies.
