Abstract
Stephen Covey in his book “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” explicates the habits that can be adopted by entrepreneurs in order to become successful in their business. These habits are the decisive activities that individuals repetitively do in a comparable way on daily basis whereby their character is a composite of their behaviors. According to Stephen, no matter how the contemporary situation looks like, it is not an individual’s habit. Old and negative habits can be replaced with new habits of effectiveness, trust-based correlations and happiness. Moreover, individuals should allow themselves to experience paradigm shifts to transform themselves and not change their attitudes as well as actions on the surface level in order to accomplish significant change.

Stephen Covey was a good master of his words in making a superior sense in the contemporary thinking of an organization. He has inspired many entrepreneurs through his expressive version of defining organizations in a manner that can be adopted by many such as on the public elementary schools.
