This chapter tells you that you should have goals in life and try your hardest to live up to those goals. The author gives an example with a blueprint, you have to see the blueprint before you build the house. Same with life, you must figure out what you want, then strive to accomplish that goal. Every choice you make in life is your decision, no one can make you choose anything. Absolutely everything in your life is your choice stand by it never let anyone make you step down. Also, you should have a personal mission statement. A personal mission provides clarity and gives life a sense of purpose. Having one can remind you what you want, how you want to act, how you’re gonna live. And it’s extremely important that while you’re creating your personal mission statement that your figure out your talents, what you’re good at. Watch out for certain things too. Habit 6 is Synergize, you should have synergy. Synergy is everywhere nature shares synergy trees and share roots, rhinos and small birds, and and in songs. It’s never just lyrics or the beat everything has to come together. And when celebrating differences some people got it all wrong. A tolerator is sorta the same way, but instead ignoring differences they tolerate them they don’t shun it. But on the complete other side of the spectrum we have celebrators. They celebrate everyone’s differences they don’t believe you should shun someone out of your life cause they are different, they also don’t just tolerate it they value them. And we learn in different ways, see things different, experience things differently too. Being a celebration of diversity can help you out, you will make more friends, and have more things to look forward to. To use synergy you have work in a team. There are different people in a team plodders, followers, innovators, harmonizers, and show-offs. Everyone of them has their own job in helping the team achieve the desired

Williams James wrote in 1892 that most of the choices we make each day may feel like products of well-considered decision making but they’re not. They are actually habits. Habits can be as simple as how we order our meals, how often we exercise or even what we say to our children each night. After I read the 7 habits book, I started to know that I don’t actually have an appropriate balance among the various aspects of my life (family, friends, work, and so forth). I started to know this as I read the RBA (relationship bank account) pages. I came to know that about me because in the RBA section, RBA deposits and RBA withdrawals, I read the RBA deposits and I didn’t fit into all of them, but as I read the RBA withdrawals I came to know that I fitted into almost everything like Break promises, Talk too much, and Keep to yourself. I always do these kind of stuff to my friends, peers, and my best friends which makes it harder to keep up with my relationships. In the habit 4 worksheet, I had a lot of situations that relates to win- lose and lose- win attitude which I could have easily changed to a win- win situation, but I didn’t…
