Some of my stronger areas in the seven habits involve being concerned with others and approaching my work in that manner. I do believe that some of my answers are a reflection of my personal life where I do often procrastinate and delay things that need to get done. I don’t believe that this is as much of an issue in my work life but it is something that needs improvement. Setting goals is something that I have struggled with, both personally and at work, for a very long time. I often just go through life taking things as they come; I don’t often set goals and actively work towards them. These are areas that in recent years I have come to see as needing improvement and I do believe that improvement would have a positive effect on my work as well as my personal
