Abortion is one of the most controversial and important subject matter in women 's rights today. Much of the issue on abortion has been over the debate about the morality of the procedure. We have pro-life who believe the fetus 's right to live is indisputable and we have pro-choice those who contends a woman’s right to abortion is absolute. While both viewpoints have shaped much of the social and political problems we have today, abortion should be banned because abortion is affecting not only adoption but the lives of a child and a mother. The most frequently asked question on both sides, is exactly when does life begin? Many believe that life begins at conception, which is the moment the egg is fertilized and from the moment it is formed at the earliest, with a heart and a brain it has its own rights however others say that the embryo or fetus isn’t a person until the time of birth, that it isn’t legal until it is born. Supporters believe that the woman have the choice because it is their body but is that right bigger than the right of life? From the moment a woman says she is pregnant, it is life inside the womb. It is a constant biological and a religious debate on both matters, on when exactly life begins and when it’s formed.
