Vlad them got sentenced to 12 years in prison and his brother became the new King. Vlad’s brother Radu reigned as king from 1462 to 1475 but died and there was no one else family related that was still alive but Vlad himself. Vlad got taken out of prison after being in there for 12 years and once again reigned as king. He was once again very aggressive especially since he was put in jail by someone he trusted. His third time at being king did not last very long either because he died in 1476 while fighting in a war. Vlad is now known as a great leader in Romania but was he really a great leader? Killing tons of his own for “disobeying” him but not just killing them, he punished them until their death.
