When a business makes the decision to take matters globally, it is assumed that all the necessary steps and procedures have been taken and considered. Politics, laws, international regulations, and business ethics are a few of those necessary things businesses should be well-knowledge of as they move forward. “The political relations between a company’s home country and the nations in which it does business affect its international business activities”, as said by Wild and Wild. For a business leader to make the decision to remain in its current state shows understanding, loyalty, and wisdom. If a business is not financially, socially, and leaders are not mentally prepared there is no need to proceed with international plans. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.” Staying away from unwanted activity is very wise as many business leaders would rather remain within their own nation verses becoming international.
