Non Profit Association Analysis

The industry I plan to enter into is non profit association. There is agreement that the evolution between 1980 and 1990 contributes to the rapid development of an global economy. According to Mr. Gorman, a transformational change occur from local economies to global economy (Ireland & Hitt. 2005 p. 64). In the 21 century, nation and states will lose their right, technology replace the workers, and companies come to resemble amoebars. (Ireland & Hitt, 2005 p.64).

The global issues affect to my association will be economic, languages and culture. The first issue is economy. A vast amount of people lay-off is the result of the recession and depression. Because they have their own culture so they have a own thinking. We need understand their culture because if we do not understand, we will misunderstand them or we will violate their customs. My association have this problem too because we have different groups when our company becomes a global company. Another global issue is technology. If the company goes to global and does not upgrade or improve the technology, the company can not compete. I believe my company up-grades technology all the time so the company can compete with another business. The other global issue is the legislative, laws and regulation. Every countries have their own law or regulation. If the company does not know the regulation or laws of this country they want to invest, they will have a hard time to get in. My company needs to know all the regulation or laws of every countries when it does business oversea. Political issue is one of the global issues, too.
