Good Afternoon Staff,
This email comes as a friendly reminder of the proper use of company electronic communications and supporting systems. The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time. The policy applies to all Users, which shall be deemed to include employees, contingent labor, consultants and other performing work on behalf of the company.

External Systems: Sites available on the Internet, World Wide Web or other external network which host audio and/or video conferencing, newsgroups, bulletin boards, Blogs, Wikis, Social Networking, or other discussion forums.
Internal Systems: Web-based software applications hosted on Company's internal network that enables people to discuss, blog, share ideas, analyze issues, collaborate, ask and answer questions, tally opinions, announce events and share pictures and files, etc.

Local Archive: Any electronic storage location (e.g., PC hard drive, network home/shared director, DVD, CD, etc.) that is not specifically designed by BCBCNC to be an electronic communication repository.
Multimedia Messaging: Any messages that are not text only sent from mobile phones, Blackberries, Palm Pilots, Smart Phones, and other cellular telephone devices. This includes multimedia objects (images, audio, video, rich text).
