This issue has been a problem for years, between the police and the community; which brings a lot of tension between police and community. Over the years, the police has been intimidating to people of color, and/or people in general because police (not all) abuseabsue theirthier power. NBC New York state 's, “NYPD officers approached Garner on suspicion of selling single cigarettes from packs. After Garner told the police that he was tired of being harassed and that he was not selling cigarettes, the officers went to arrest Garner. When officer Daniel Pantaleo took Garner 's wrist behind his back, Garner swatted his arms away. Pantaleo then put his arm around Garner 's neck and pulled him backwards and down onto the ground. After Pantaleo removed his arm from Garner 's neck, he pushed Garner 's face into the ground while four officers moved to restrain Garner, who repeated "I can 't breathe" eleven times while lying facedown on the sidewalk. We are in the age of technology where Police are betray as bad people. Police is one of most stressful jobs out there because you have to watch yourself everyday. As a Police you are obligated to the community needs, at the same time watching everybody closely because that could be the same person who may want to kill you. When is use of force is too much, and the training for use of force, and the definition of Excessive force is the frequency of police use-of-force events that may be defined as justified or excessive is difficult to estimate. In this one case, where excessive force was diplay it showed on youtube and it was a misfortune case. So, the setting was in highschool and the victim was an african american girl who was a victim of police brutally. Because, Officer came into class and asked her to remove herself from the seat. And, she refused to do so which lead the officer to put his hands on her in order to remove from the classroom and it was
