1. Suzy was born into an extremely wealthy family. This gave her the opportunity to attend an all female prep boarding school and practice ballet.
2. Suzy was raised very alone without her parent’s presence at the London Day School. When she was 9 years old she was sent to the prep boarding school and despised it. She seemed to act very mature for her age.
3. Suzy had never met colored people before at the age of seven and said she never wanted to meet one. Not having interaction with people of color may have influenced her view towards them.

Avoidant attachment style would appear to fit Suzy best. She does not seem to care very much about the fact that she is at the day school without her parents when she was filmed at the age of 7. When she returns home she drinks tea, watches television, and goes to bed by 7 pm. Suzy was raised by uninvolved parents, they do not seem to contribute much warmth or control in her life. It is a possibility this may have translated into her emotions towards life. When she was 9 years old she was sent off to prep boarding school. Suzy is exposed to gender stereotypes, a set of beliefs about females and males that may or may not be accurate, very early on in life especially since she attends an all girls’ school. In the group party in 7up, she has a rather feminine personality and acts very princess like and seems to get afraid of loud noises easily. She covers her ears and acts rather girly. Her parent’s divorce is a life-cycle force, the timing of an event that altered her development impact, affected her in a negative way. Her parent’s divorce in her early teen years had a more detrimental effect on her in comparison if it happened when she was 21 or 28. She developed a very cynical outlook towards marriage and love. An example of the telegraphic speech she said was, “this last the bed time 7”. Her words are very simple and to the point to answer questions. When Suzy is at the age of 14, she appears to be high in body-kinesthetic intelligence according to Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligence. She rides horses, plays tennis, swims, ping pong, and play croackee. When her parents divorced she spent holidays in Scotland to live on her father’s 4,000 acres estate, it is assumed that she does not see her father very often. When Suzy was filmed at 21 she was chain-smoking, nervous, and uptight. She claimed her behavior at that age was due to her not having a sense of direction or purpose. Smoking cigarettes, especially chain-smoking, would have affected her physical fitness in both endurance and performance. She would have been likely to smoke if she experienced supportive parenting. Self-esteem is greatly influenced by an individual’s purpose, abilities, and self-concept. Her self-esteem seemed rather lower in her teen years and when she was 21 but seemed much higher when she was filmed at 28. This could be due to her marriage with her husband and development of a sense of purpose.
