Each individual task or project’s progress is monitored by PFG and real-time updates are provided to the customer. Each contractor and vendor’s performance is rated, using customer feedback, and tracked by PFG’s Quality Assurance department. These ratings are stored and used for evaluation criteria for future endeavors. All contractors are held to a high level of performance in order to remain registered in our provider network.
