This paper also took the opportunity to explain what the communication process will be and how the project charter will manage the whole project. While the execution and completion of the project is being done, there are people who are affected by these and we are very grateful to count them as the stakeholders of this project. Also, stakeholders matter to us. We always consider them whether they are in a form of an organization or individual person. The influence of the stakeholders in the project objective and outcome also matters to us. The change made by the influence of the stakeholders will also change some parts of the project, whether it is a negative or positive outcome depending on the situation of the project. (PMI, 2004)
Project Sponsor The leader of the marketing sector can be the sponsor of the project plan. The project sponsorship is normally given to the people who have strong obligation under financial sector in connection with the whole venture (Keller, 2009). Additionally, he is exceptionally positioned in the association as the highest rank and has the capacity and experience in solving any interdepartmental clash. The marketing head will be great to be called the sponsor since the task is associated with the marketing sector and can be an imperative tool for them to use in the near future.
