Health is described as the general fitness, where one is physically, mentally and socially active and well. It is the ability of an individual to adapt when facing mental, social and physical challenges. Every person depends on his or health for their day to day activities. A sick person cannot be able to do his/her work well. As a result, people try each day to learn every possible way to improve their health and maintain it. These are the people in a health care organization, department who watch over the patients and take care of them. The supervising physicians, nurse managers and the directors of physiotherapy services have people who work under them, helping them in taking care of the patients as per the orders of physicians (Oldenhof, Stoopendaal & Putters, 2013). This level makes sure that the members of the staff act properly, bestowing the best care to all the patients. As a result, health care organizations and hospitals should have good structures which will help them improve the quality of services they offer to the customers.
