Health is described as the general fitness, where one is physically, mentally and socially active and well. It is the ability of an individual to adapt when facing mental, social and physical challenges. Every person depends on his or health for their day to day activities. A sick person cannot be able to do his/her work well. As a result, people try each day to learn every possible way to improve their health and maintain it. It is in this process when most people find it important to visit health care centers (Scarbrough, 2004). At health care centers, people are taught different methods of maintaining good health. Each department in a health care organization has a manager who runs it. These managers report all their issues to the core management. The department manager has the responsibility over a specific kind of operational or medical service. Most of these departments consist of sections of patient care, such as labor, physiotherapy and emergency departments. There are also some non-patients departments which do not offer care to the sick. These include billing and the food services departments. The clinical departments have larger staffs. They also have higher purchasing requirements, significant supply as well as copious rules and regulations which they have to abide by. Planning is also important as it helps an organization to get the best and qualified applicant (Hilditch‐Roberts, 2012). The plan for hiring physicians, nurses and other professionals involve a number of steps. To start with, one has to list all the features of working in the organization and then use these features while recruiting the professionals. It is also important to consult other employees in the health care organization on what they like about their work. You might find out from a number of the employees that you provide a very favorable environment which makes it easy for them to work in the organization. It can also be as a result of the kind of physicians and nurses you employ who are friendly and encourage teamwork. The second step in planning for hiring professionals is by understanding the needs for most of the applicants. For example, the young people will like being allowed some time to rest and for holidays. In this case, the organization needs to schedule properly about working time and also ensure income security. By so doing, the organization will be able to convince a large number of professional applicants, especially the younger ones.
