This is a very good verse to consider when making a decision in not only the business world but also your personal life. Business decisions need to be thought out but it should not be at the cost of our spirits and souls. As good, Christians when coming up with a plan in the business world we need to consider others around us, and how these decisions will affect others not only in business but also in our consumers. This paper will talk about organizational strategy as well as a business model and what differences are between the two as well as their similarities.

They are both meant to build the company and improve their economic wealth. They are both used to help management understand what they need to do to grow their business. They are both important in getting employees and understanding of what the company is striving to do. They both make the company competitive in their market and help them keep up with the competition.
Conclusion
Due to the competitive nature of the business market is it is important for businesses to have a strong strategic plan and a good business model to help management and employees implement that strategic plan. As Christians, it is important to always remember that our actions whether personal or professional have effects on other people. We should always strive to help others especially when we are in a position and have the means to help others. We should always share what we have and look to our Lord for guidance especially when we are leading a company and our decisions affect the employees who work for
