In today’s workforce, establishing good cultural relationships, and ethical values, are vital in enhancing an organizations competitive edge. Successful strategic managing of organizational culture is dependent on having the proper values and ethical premises which are the fundamental dynamics of an organizational culture.
What is culture? The values and behaviors hat contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization. Organizational culture includes an organization’s expectations, experiences, philosophy, and values that hold it together, and is expressed in its self-image, inner workings, interactions with the outside world, and future expectations (BusinessDictionary.com. Culture is a set of standards, viewpoint, and perceptive that are collective by members of an organization. Culture enhances the solidity of a business, and offer employees with a sense of distinctiveness and creates a devotion to beliefs and values that are superior to themselves. A company 's organizational culture is its personality; this consists of the attitudes, ethics, and values of every employee from the bottom of upper-level management.
