This should help position the company to focus resources on creating a competitive advantage. For instance, the company may have more money to invest in technology or other parts of the company. The organization structure change to a centralize structure will improve strategy execution. Decisions and communications will be more organized because less people are involved in the process. Additionally, the alignment to the One Verizon vision will improve strategy execution because all departments will share the same goals and objectives. Finally, the performance and quality should improve due to consistent processes
