Feeling disgusted with oneself, depressed, or very guilty afterward”. After a series of binge eating episodes, sometimes purging occurs. When binge eating occurs “at least once a week for 3 months”, one is at risk for developing an eating disorder. Clinical obesity and eating disorders are often related to each other.
