Part A 1. No, Newspaper articles do not affect my food choices at all at least not consciously but perhaps subconsciously. These articles do bring up some important issues but I feel that I do enough exercise to the amount of kilojoules I consume to stay in a healthy weight range. 2. Being overweight means you have an excess amount of body weight, compared to set standards. This excess weight may include muscle, bone, fat and/or body water. Being obese means you have an excess amount of just body fat. Men with more than 25 percent body fat and women with more than 30 percent body fat are considered obese.
