Do you believe that you are responsible for the safety and well-being of others? If you saw someone in the street in need asking for help, would you help them? Or would you just walk away? Most of you would ignore them and walk away. Others may listen, but probably not care to help them. Only certain people would try to help them out. We are responsible for the safety and the well being of others because we know that we could offer help. Treat others how you want to be treated--it's better to give than receive.

However, there are people who can’t afford to help others, but they can help spread the word and help them get the help they need. Others might argue that even if you treat people they way you want be treated, some may not even say thank you for helping them and some might be rude about it. Yes, some might not be grateful about the way you treat them but, it's better to take the chance of not getting anything in return. At least you will be satisfied with what you have done for them. Some might even say that why would I give out something that I worked for to someone who hasn't done anything for me ? Still, we should appreciate what we have and learn to give to the one who can't have it. But, also remember that there's some people that can’t

Language is more than a method of purely transferring interpretation; it can also transfer emotion. Whereas voice involves cadence, body assertion, and even facial articulation, the words written on a page are compelled to demonstrate more than just what is being told through a series of other strategies and manners usually implanted in the writer’s voice. Both the memoirs I Have Lived a Thousand Years by Livia Bitton-Jackson, and Night by Elie Wiesel, transfer the nature of oppression through certain methods of voice, particularly syntax and tone.…

Within the walls, Ellie is forced to work in deficient conditions while the outside world continues to live in ignorance about the existence of these camps. There is, after all, more than a single person in world, and so long as that remains true, it is our duty to help one other. We are to feel compassion towards our neighbor and be a good Samaritan (Luke 10). It is our conscientious duty to help one another when the need is there. It always has been, is and will be that way until we leave this beautiful planet behind as a species. This provides the best outcome for the most amount of people.…

Scientifically, silence is no more than merely a lack of sound. An environment and all it possesses are delicately harmonic, radiating a simply serene aura. On the other hand, silence is much more complicated as it impacts human expression and stability. When one is forced into silence, there can be evidence of imprisonment, torment, and intellectual change. In Night written by Elie Wiesel, the story of his experience during the Holocaust, silence is given an entirely new definition.…
