Upon taking the Newline Ideas Communication assessment my two highest scores were in Assertive and Aggressive categories scoring a 17 and 16 in both of those. Realizing that these scores are only one point away from one another and reading the explanation below them, I came to the conclusion that most of the time my communication style is Assertive, but there is also a good chance that my style would also fit into the aggressive category depending on the situation. Upon interviewing my friends and my current boss they agreed upon the term decisively cautious as how they would describe my communication style. In particular, my boss stated that I approach each situation differently and depending how what the goal of the communication is I act
