Negotiation checklist
1. I will not fall in love with object (job, car, house, etc.) I am trying to negotiate for, and I will always have my BATNA written down.
2. I will not lose the control of my emotion during a negotiation. I will pause for ten seconds before I speak.
3. I will do research on the subject before each negotiation, especially in the area that I am not familiar with.
4. I will be extra careful when using agent in negotiation by not disclosing my reservation price and always remembering that the agent’s interest could be different from mine.

Checklist explanation
I have encountered several negotiations in my life. I had to negotiate for price when purchasing my cars, houses, job offer, or even my personal relationship. Throughout this course, I had many chances to practice negotiations with an opponent based on the subjects that I am both familiar and unfamiliar with. I was given a chance to reflect my negotiation style, and I have noticed there are several weakness that I will improve, and some strength that I want to continue in the following.

One of my greatest weakness when negotiating as a buyer is that I can easily fall in the love with the item I am buying, or sometimes in the job I am applying.
