Even though everyone experiences reduction in stress levels, some of us need that precious outdoor time more than others. Overall I experienced a big difference living in nature compared to the city - with dulled senses, suppressed immune systems, depressed spirits and sharply increased risk for illness and disease.
Despite the many advantages of walking in nature, there are some potential dangers, such as allergens on site (Spores and Pollen), thorny shrubs and plants, and low branches. Additionally, it can be physically demanding and result in muscle soreness. It taught me to enjoy the nature. I think the biggest benefit of getting outside is to enjoy the diversity and beauty found in the natural environments. Personally I feel thankful for the beautiful world in which we live.
