My Personality Trait, Conscientiousness, Openness, And Conscientiousness

Based on my test scores my top three personalities are agreeableness, openness to experience, and conscientiousness. Openness to experience and conscientiousness were tied for second place. My openness to experiences allows me to be broad-minded and insightful. This personality trait is good for a work position that are always changing and no day is the same as the last. This describes my current work place. I always have different projects to work on and add or change my projects as I see fit. However, I am able to drop everything on a dime to help pick up or fix something happening somewhere else. I enjoy this type of work place because it is rarely repetitious and allows me the creative freedom to continuously improve my work and company. Just as ‘openness to experience ‘describes I value my freedom to make innovational and unconventional thinking.
My strongest personality trait is agreeableness. Because of this personality trait, I am typically able to get along with everyone and anyone. Even if I do not like someone, I am able to get along with him or her just like I would be able to with anyone else I would just not choose to spend my time around him or her. I try to be open and approachable to everyone. I keep an open door p[policy at work which fosters a cooperative workplace setting.
